THE BRIEF

How do you capture the spirit of a fundraising event so it has value beyond a single day?

Youth Opportunities needed high-quality photo and video content from their annual Golf Day to use in grant applications, sponsorship pitches, and promotions for future events.

We spent the day on course with the participants, capturing candid moments, group energy, and the atmosphere of the event. The goal was to balance coverage of the competition with storytelling that highlighted community, generosity, and impact.

We produced a library of stills showing teams, supporters, and event details. Alongside this, we created a video package that combined the day’s highlights with storytelling elements. This content was delivered in formats ready for use across grant applications, reports, and social media.

Youth Opportunities left the event with professional photo and video assets that extend its impact into the year ahead. The content provides tangible proof of community support and creates a strong case for future fundraising and grant applications.
